Registration Policy
1. Ownership: The business must be at least 51% Black-owned or Black-managed.
2. Legal Status: The business should be legally registered and recognized by relevant local, state, or national authorities.
3. Business Type: The business should operate as a legitimate commercial entity, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, or corporation.
4. Operational History: The business should be operational for a certain period (e.g., at least 3 months) to ensure stability and reliability.
5. Business Practices: The business should adhere to ethical business practices, including fair labor practices and environmentally sustainable operations.
6. Online Presence: The business should have an operational website or social media presence to facilitate visibility and customer engagement.
Listing Policy

Image Quality: All images uploaded must be of high quality. Blurry or low-resolution images will not be accepted, as we want to present your business in the best possible light.

Promotional Videos: If you have a promotional video, it must be no longer than 30 seconds in length. For videos exceeding this duration, please provide a link to the video hosted on platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo.

Content Guidelines: All content, including images, videos, and descriptions, must be free of profanity, vulgarity, or any inappropriate material. We will reject listings that do not adhere to these standards.

Account Termination: Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your account and removal from our platform.
